工会工作是党的群团工作、群众工作的重要组成部分,是党治国理政的一项经常性、基础性工作。在新形势下,面对改革调整中利益和矛盾纠纷的加剧,工会工作只有坚持牢固树立以人民为中心的工作导向,推进工会政治建设,牢牢把握正确的工会工作方向,推进工会先进性建设,汇聚干事创业的强大力量,推进工会群众性建设,打造职工最可信赖的“娘家人”,才能更好地发挥工会作用和广大职工的主力军作用。

Trade union work is an important part of the Party's mass work and a regular basic work of the Party's governance.Facing intensified interests disputes in the reform and adjustment in the new situation,we must insist firmly on people-oriented work guidance in the trade union work to promote the union's political construction,grasp firmly the correct direction of trade union work to promote the union's advanced nature construction,gather the power to push forward the union's mass construction and make the union become worker's most trusted family.Only in this way can we exert fully the union's role and the broad workers'main force role.
