近年来,随着国家住房保障工作的不断推进,住房保障体系也凸显出一些新问题,如何更好地解决这些问题,成为当前各地住房保障工作探索的新课题。通过剖析当前油田企业住房保障工作中存在的一些问题,提出对油田建立健全住房保障体系的措施建议,为住房保障工作的健康发展助一臂之力。

With the continuous progress of the national housing security work in recent years,the housing security system also shows some new problems.How to better solve these problems becomes the new topic to be studied in the current housing security work.Through analyzing some problems existing in the housing security work of oilfield enterprises,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the establishment and improvement of housing security system in the oilfield,which will help the healthy development of its housing security work.
