孔雀草抗急性炎症活性成分研究

摘要 目的:研究孔雀草抗急性炎症的活性成分,为其药用价值的合理开发和利用提供理论依据。方法:二甲苯诱导建立急性小鼠耳肿胀模型,以阿司匹林作为阳性对照,孔雀草不同组分(水煎液、醇沉组分、上清液组分与挥发油组分)分组给药后,比较各组间耳肿胀度,毛细血管通透性和血清TNF-α、IL-6含量差异。HPLC法比对相同色谱条件下对照品与样品的保留时间,对孔雀草各组分化学成分定性分析。结果:孔雀草水煎液、挥发油及上清液组分能显著降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型肿胀度,抑制毛细血管通透性的增高,并且对血清炎症因子均有不同程度的抑制作用且具有显著性降低趋势(P<0.01)。通过比对保留时间发现,孔雀草水煎液及上清液组分中主要成分为黄酮类化合物。结论:孔雀草的挥发油与总黄酮成分是抗急性炎症活性成分。 Objective:To investigate the ative components of Tagetes patula L.(T.patula)by establishing the acute inflammation mice models with ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene. Method:Acute inflammation mice models with ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene was established after intragastrically administration according to constituents of T.patula,and aspirin as positive medicine,compared the levels of ear swelling,capillary permeability and serum TNF-α and IL-6 among each groups. The compounds of T.patula constituents were analyzed by matching the retention time of samples with standards under the same chromatographic conditions. Result:The water decoction,essential oil and supernatant constituents of T.patula could significantly decrease the swelling of mice ear,inhibit the increasing of capillary permeability and decrease the contents of inflammatory factors in serum in different degrees(P<0.01). And we also found that the main components of water decoction and supernatant constituents of T.patula are flavonoids by matching the retention times. Conclusion:The essential oil and total flavonoids of T.patula were the active components of anti-acute-inflammatory.
