基于“子午流注”理论探讨择时艾灸对胃经IRRTM的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较不同时辰艾灸足三里对诱发胃经循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)显现的区别。方法:对20名健康志愿者进行左下肢体表皮肤温度分布的监测采集,观察不同时辰下艾灸足三里对胃经IRRTM显现规律的异同。结果:①自然状态下可见志愿者规整及宽窄程度不一的胃经IRRTM图像;灸后整体温度上升。②志愿者经辰时艾灸足三里穴干预不同时程后,胃经IRRTM的最低温、最高温和平均温有升高趋势,与非辰时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③志愿者经辰时艾灸足三里干预不同时程后,胃经IRRTM的最低温、最高温和平均温与灸前差值明显大于非辰时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辰时艾灸足三里对诱发胃经IRRTM的显现效果更好。 Objective:To explore the difference of infrared radiant track along stomach meridian(IRRTM)induced by moxibustion at Zusanli at different time.Methods:5 male and 15 female volunteers were included in study.The displaying characteristic of Stomach Meridian IRRTM induced by moxibustion at Zusanli at different time were investigated through observation of skin temperature in left leg.Results:①IRRTM of Stomach Meridian with characteristic of regular and varies in width can be observed in left leg in natural environment.The average temperature of Stomach Meridian IRRTM was increased after moxibustion.②With different duration,The lowest temperature,the highest temperature and the average temperature of Stomach Meridian IRRTM presented an increased trend in moxibustion at 7-9 am group,but the difference between moxibustion at 7-9 am group and moxibustion at other time group was not significant(P>0.05).③The improvement of lowest temperature,the highest temperature and the average temperature moxibustion at 7-9 am with different duration was better than that of moxibustion at other time(P<0.05).Conclusion:IRRTM of stomach meridian can be observed more easily when people accepted therapy of moxibustion at Zusanli at 7-9 a.m.
