摘要
目的:考察白菊湿疹乳膏的药效作用。方法:观察白菊湿疹乳膏高、中、低剂量对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及DNCB诱发的小鼠迟发性超敏反应(DTH)皮炎的作用和对豚鼠磷酸组胺致痒阈的影响。结果:白菊湿疹乳膏高、中、低剂量对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有显著的抑制作用;对DNCB诱发小鼠过敏性接触性皮炎有非常显著的抑制作用,能显著提高磷酸组胺致痒阈。结论:白菊湿疹乳膏具有抗炎、止痒的功效。
Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamics of white chrysanthemum eczema cream.Methods:The effects of high,middle and low dose of white chrysanthemum eczema cream on mouse ear swelling induced by xylene,delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)induced by DNCB,guinea pigs itching threshold induced by histamine phosphate were observed.Results:The high,middle and low doses of white chrysanthemum eczema cream had significant inhibitory effect on the ear swelling induced by xylene and DTH induced by DNCB in mice,and could significantly improve the itching threshold.Conclusion:White chrysanthemum eczema cream has anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.
