The New Development Paths and Trend of Global Ocean Education—— Lead to the Ocean Literacy Campaign

海洋文化教育已经成为近年来全球海洋教育发展的新路径与趋势。美国、日本、澳大利亚、中国台湾地区等部分国家与地区的海洋教育以基础教育为重点,将海洋基础知识融入中小学教学体系,通过政策构建、知识融合以及协同合作等形式,逐步形成了相对成熟的海洋文化教育路径经验。这些路径虽然各有特色,但在世界范围内表现出较高的一致性,主要相关国家与地区在发展海洋文化教育时也面临着相似的问题与挑战。

Ocean literacy campaign has become a new development path and trend of global ocean education in recent years.The ocean education of some countries and regions such as the United States,Japan,Australia,and Taiwan is focused on basic education,and with the integration of ocean knowledge into the primary and secondary school teaching system,policy construction and synergy of different parties of the community,they have gradually formed relatively mature paths of ocean literacy campaign and have entered the relative frontier of this new trend.Although these paths have their own characteristics,they show high consistency worldwide,and those related countries and regions face some similar problems and challenges in ocean literacy campaign.
