摘要
以H大学为研究对象,从学术组织、知识生成机构、人才培养单位三个维度,以10个变量指标为依据,对H大学核心办学指标进行分析的结果表明:H大学在学术组织方面体现为ESI前1‰学科数位居国内高校第5名,师资队伍建设与国内顶级大学存在差距;在知识生成结构方面反映为科研成果具有较强的创新能力,具有一批全球“高被引科学家”,科研经费与科研成果转化则还有较大提升空间;在人才培养单位方面显示为理科生源质量表现抢眼、教学质量较好,全日制博士研究生的比例有待提高,杰出校友数量与国内顶级高校相比则偏少。
Based on the research object of H University,the paper analyzes the core school-running index of H University from the three dimensions of academic organization,knowledge generation organization and personnel training unit.The results show that H University ranks fifth in the number of ESI disciplines in academic organization,and there is a gap between the construction of teachers'team and the top universities in China.In the knowledge generation structure reflected as scientific research results have a strong innovation ability,with a number of global“high lying scientists”,scientific research funds and scientific research achievements transformation there is a greater room for improvement;In the talent training unit as the quality of science students performance eye-catching,teaching quality is better,the proportion of full-time doctoral students need to be improved,compared with the top universities in China,the number of outstanding alumni is small.
