摘要 学校作为传播知识、培育人才的场所,须重视文化建设,营造良好的育人环境,使学生能够生动活泼地主动发展。学校文化凝聚着全校师生共同的价值观、信念、愿景,起着统领和规范师生行动的作用,引导着师生的努力方向。图们市的校园文化建设目前存在着过于注意校园物质环境建设,缺乏特色与活力;校园文化活动丰富多彩,但内涵不深、成效不大及对校园文化生活的潜课程作用认识不足等问题。以课题研究带动学校文化建设内涵式发展的实践已取得了一定的成效。 As a place to spread knowledge and cultivate talents,schools should attach importance to cultural construction,so as to create an educational environment and enable students to develop actively and vividly.The school culture embodies the common values,beliefs and visions of all teachers and students,and plays a role in guiding and regulating the actions of teachers and students,leading the efforts of teachers and students.The present campus culture construction in Tumen city pays too much attention to the construction of campus material environment and lacks features and vitality.The campus cultural activities are rich and colorful,but the connotation is not deep,the effect is not big and the potential course function of campus cultural life is not enough.The practice of driving the connotation development of school culture construction by subject research has achieved certain results.
