长春市中小学教师教科研现状和培训需求的调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 对中小学教师专业成长而言,教育科研是主要路径;对中小学校内涵发展而言,教育科研是直接动力。为更好地发挥教科研在基础教育中的促进和指导作用,助力长春市基础教育的发展,长春市教育局、长春教育学院联合对长春地区的中小学教师的发展现状及培训需求开展调研。笔者以中小学教师的教育科研为研究主体,深入了解长春市中小学教师教科研中存在的问题,准确分析问题产生的原因,探索具有实效性的解决策略,为改进教科研工作和教师培训工作提供重要依据和参考。 For the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers,educational research is the main path;For the connotation development of primary and secondary schools,educational research is the direct driving force.In order to better play the role of teaching and research in the promotion and guidance of basic education,and to help the development of basic education in Changchun,Changchun Education Bureau and Changchun Institute of Education jointly conducted a survey on the development status and training needs of primary and secondary school teachers in Changchun.The author takes the education and scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers as the research subject,deeply understands the existing problems in the teaching and scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers of Changchun,analyzes the causes of problems accurately,and explores effective solution,so as to provide important basis and reference for the improvement of teaching and scientific research and teacher training.
