摘要
随着教育科研的不断“群众化”,校本科研也逐渐形成星火燎原之势。目前,朝鲜族学校正处于科研活动广泛开展、科研体系逐步建立、科研影响逐步扩大的状态之中。然而,朝鲜族学校科研活动正面临科研作用难以充分发挥、教师科研意识弱、教师科研素质低等困境。在分析困境成因的基础上,提出系统开展校本科研、积极开展校本科研培训、建立校本科研协作体、强化朝鲜族学校科研指导与服务、出台系列激励机制等对策。
With the continuous“massization”of education and scientific research,school-based scientific research has gradually formed a trend of sparks.At present,Korean schools are in the state of extensive research activities,the gradual establishment of scientific research systems,and the gradual expansion of scientific research.However,the research activities of Korean schools are facing difficulties such as the difficulty of full play of scientific research,weak awareness of teachers'scientific research,and low quality of teachers'scientific research.On the basis of analyzing the causes of dilemmas,it proposes systematically carrying out school-based scientific research,actively carrying out school-based scientific research training,establishing school-based scientific research collaboration,strengthening scientific research guidance and services of Korean schools,and introducing series of incentive mechanisms.
