摘要
开展“以学习为中心”的高校教学评价,要重点关注学生的发展、学习效果和学习过程。评价的价值取向表现为:评价理念由侧重教到侧重学;评价目的从强化管理到促进发展;评价标准从重“教的形式”到重“学的效果”。高校教学评价要实现“以学习为中心”的范式转型,需要构建“以学习为中心”的教学质量文化观、评估机制和教学服务体系,从而达到提升人才培养质量的目的。
To construct a“learning-centered”evaluation of college teaching,we must focus on the development of students,learning effects and learning process.The value orientation of the evaluation is as follows:the evaluation concept is constructed from the teaching to the production learning concept;the evaluation purpose is from strengthening management to promoting development;the evaluation criteria are from“teaching”to“learning effect”.In order to realize the“learning-centered”paradigm shift,college teaching evaluation needs to construct a“learning-centered”teaching quality culture,evaluation mechanism and teaching service system,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of talent training.
