我国的基础工程建设领域安全事故类型更加多元化和复杂化,相关的工程施工安全管理也日趋精密化,才能最终实现预期的管理目标。文章就中小型水利水电项目为主,对其施工能力和技术水平进行分析,加强工程施工安全管理与控制的相关措施。

The types of safety accidents in the field of infrastructure construction in China are more diversified and complicated,and the safety management of related projects is becoming more and more sophisticated,in order to achieve the expected management objectives.Based on the small and medium-sized water conservancy and Hydropower projects.This paper analyses their construction capacity and technical level,and puts forward relevant measures to strengthen the safety management and control of construction.
