摘要
论文结合实测路段的数据进行了相关整个控制策略的检验与讨论,研究区域与城市交通宏观调控、交通拥挤常态化优化、关键路段与关键节点疏解、时间与空间分布在线监测的协同联动技术手段,通过管控层和执行层最终落实到对高、快速路交通流交通事件,交通运行的状况的检测,应急指挥,与多平台的协同关联等方面的实施。
This study combines the data of measured road sections to test and discuss the relevant control strategies.It studies the regional and urban traffic macro-control,traffic congestion normalization optimization,key road segments and key node reconciliation,and online monitoring of time and space distribution.Linkage technology means,through the management and management layer and the implementation layer,finally implement the implementation of high-speed road traffic flow events,traffic operation conditions,emergency command,and multi-platform synergy.
