中小城市新型智慧城市战略实施途径研究——基于云南省玉溪市的实践

Research on the Implementation Way of New Smart City Strategy in Small and Medium Cities——Based on the Practice of Yuxi City, Yunnan Province

智慧城市的概念和内涵已经从最初的信息技术、网络技术、云技术等基础硬件设施建设到对创新、融合、共享、体验等城市软实力发展,全世界各国及我国各城市均在探索智慧城市的实施路径。文章以云南省玉溪市智慧城市建设为例,从顶层设计、新型智慧城市评价、创新路径等方面研究新型城镇化战略实施途径,探索中小城市如何利用自身发展优势走出有别于发达城市的建设模式。

The concept and connotation of intelligent cities from the initial construction of basic hardware facilities such as information technology,network technology,and cloud technology to the development of urban soft power such as innovation,integration,sharing,and experience.All countries and cities in China are exploring the implementation path of smart cities.This paper is taking Yuxi city,Yunnan province as an example,studies how small and medium-sized cities can use their development advantages to get out of the construction mode that is different from that of developed cities under the new urbanization strategy from the aspects of toplevel design,new intelligent city evaluation and innovative path.
