网格化配电网规划在湖北城区的应用研究

The Application Study of Meshing Planning on Distribution Network in Hubei Urban Area

针对传统规划方法在现代城市配电网规划的不足,结合城市规划,构建了可操作的网格化配电网规划流程体系并制定了具体的网格划分技术原则,选择了具备一定代表性的湖北荆州武德区进行配网网格化规划案例分析,研究并提出了网格化规划便于实施应具备的基本条件,并对网格化配电网规划在湖北地区的实施提出建议。实践证明,配电网网格化规划相对传统规划方法更加科学、精细,可以作为提升现代配电网规划和管理水平的有效手段。

In view of the shortcomings of traditional planning methods in modern urban distribution network planning,combining with urban planning,an operable grid distribution network planning process system is constructed and specific technical principles of mesh generation are formulated.Based on the analysis of a representative case-Wude District of Jingzhou,Hubei province,the basic conditions and some suggestions for meshing planning to be easy to implement in Hubei province are put forward.Practical applications show that the meshing planning method is more scientific and refined than traditional planning methods and can be used to improve the planning and management level of modern distribution network in Hubei province.
