Value Mining of BIM Technology in Project Management

BIM技术在其可视化、模拟性、信息集成化等在项目施工方面的应用是较为成功的,至于更深层次的项目管理却并没有太多成功的案例。基于此,文章主要从调整组织机构、实现智能化管理以及提高管理素养等方面进行深入阐述BIM技术在项目管理中的价值,有利于施工单位更好地运用BIN技术。

BIM technology has been successfully applied in visualization,simulation,information integration and other aspects,but there are not many successful cases for deeper project management.Based on this,this paper elaborates the value of BIM technology in project management from the aspects of adjusting organizational structure,realizing intelligent management and improving management quality,so as to help relevant construction units better use BIN technology.
