教育人力资本对长期护理保险购买意愿的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Educational Human Capital on the Willingness to Purchase Long-Term Nursing Insurance

文章以教育人力资本作为切入视角,研究其对个人长期护理保险购买意愿的影响,并运用实地调查数据,通过Probit模型的构建,实证研究教育人力资本对长期护理保险购买意愿的影响。结果发现:第一,受教育水平的提高可以增加居民对长期护理保险的购买意愿;第二,相比于女性,男性对长期护理保险的购买意愿更高;第三,城镇户口的居民对长期护理保险的购买意愿高于农村户口的居民。为了促进长期护理保险的发展,应该增加教育经费投入提高居民受教育程度、完善教育体制促进教育机会平等,以及加大长期护理保险宣传力度提高居民参保意识。

Educational human capital is used as an entry point to study its impact on the willingness to purchase long-term care insurance for individuals.Methods:Using the field survey data,through the construction of the Probit model,the paper empirically studies the impact of education human capital on the willingness to purchase long-term nursing insurance.The results show that:First,the improvement of education level can increase residents'willingness to purchase long-term nursing insurance;secondly,men have higher willingness to purchase long-term nursing insurance than women;third,residents of urban are more willing to purchase long-term care insurance than residents of rural.Conclusion:In order to promote the development of long-term nursing insurance,it is necessary to increase the investment of education funds to improve the education level of residents,to improve the education system to promote equal opportunities in education,and to increase the propaganda of long-term care insurance to raise residents'awareness of participating in insurance.
