乡村振兴战略中提到加强农村基层基础工作,构建乡村治理新体系深化村民自治实践要做到深化村民自治实践的相关要求。改革开放以来,关于村民自治机制的发展取得了很大的成绩。然而在现实的操作过程中,乡镇政府的行政管理与村民自治之间的矛盾也逐渐显露。深化村民自治实践的过程中必须要化解这一矛盾并使二者有效衔接。文章旨在深刻领会乡村振兴战略的现实意义,探索乡镇政府行政管理与村民自治有效衔接的路径。

In the rural revitalization strategy,it is mentioned that strengthening the basic work of rural grassroots and building a new system of rural governance to deepen the practice of villager autonomy must fulfill the relevant requirements for deepening the practice of villagers'autonomy.Since the reform and opening up,great progress has been made in the development of the villager autonomy mechanism.However,in the actual operation process,the contradiction between the administrative management of the township government and the villager autonomy has gradually emerged.In the process of deepening the practice of villagers'autonomy,this contradiction must be resolved and the two should be effectively linked.The purpose of this paper is to profoundly understand the practical significance of the rural revitalization strategy and explore the effective link between the administrative management of township governments and village self-government.
