我国电子废弃物回收现状及优化策略

Current Status and Optimization Strategy of Electronic Waste Recycling in China

每年全世界都会有庞大数量的电子废弃物产生,如何处理这些废品已经成为各国都感到棘手的问题,而由于飞速的发展和众多的人口,中国所面临的废物处理问题就更加紧迫。本文介绍了目前国内的电子废品处置状况,然后参考国外的有益经验,主要从电子器件的制造、销售与回收三个阶段展开分析,提出有关方面的义务和责任,阐述怎样着手对电子物品的整体流程加以控制,借助回收方面的信用评估体系,构建实用的符合国内环境情况的回收模式。

Every year,there is a huge amount of electronic waste generated in the world.How to deal with these waste products has become a difficult problem for all countries.Due to the rapid development and the large population,the waste disposal problem facing China is even more urgent.This paper introduces the current state of electronic waste disposal in China,and then refers to the useful experience of foreign countries,mainly from the three stages of manufacturing,sales and recycling of electronic devices,and puts forward the obligations and responsibilities of relevant parties.At the same time,it explains how to start to control the overall process of electronic goods,and build a practical recycling model that meets the domestic environmental conditions by means of a credit evaluation system for recycling.
