区域危险废物集散平台构建研究

Study on the Construction of Regional Hazardous Waste Distribution Platform

目前,危险废物处理处置领域普遍存在设施相对过剩和区域性不足并存的现象。本研究提出建立区域性的危险废物集散平台,将危险废物信息交换平台、危险废物鉴别核准预处理技术中心、危险废物区域性暂存中心功能纳入其中,以提高区域危险废物的处理处置效率和资源化利用水平。

At present,in the field of hazardous waste treatment and disposal,there is a common phenomenon of relatively surplus facilities and regional shortages.This study proposes to establish a regional hazardous waste distribution platform,including the hazardous waste information exchange platform,the hazardous waste identification and approval pretreatment technology center,and the hazardous waste regional temporary storage center function,in order to improve the treatment and disposal efficiency and resource utilization level of regional hazardous waste.
