摘要
某燃料乙醇项目配套建设能源站向其供能,根据以热定电、自发自用、余电上网的原则,配套建设相应的二氧化碳液化车间和天然气调压站及制冷站。对二氧化碳液化车间、天然气调压站、吸收式制冷站进行用能优化分析,得出燃料乙醇项目余能综合利用的最佳方案,可在节约燃料、减少电耗、增加供冷三大方面产生明显的经济效益。
An energy station for a fuel ethanol project will be built to supply energy.According to the principle of heatfixed electricity,self-use and surplus electricity connected to the network,the corresponding carbon dioxide liquefaction workshop,natural gas pressure regulating station and refrigeration station will be built.Based on the energy optimization analysis of carbon dioxide liquefaction workshop,natural gas pressure regulating station and absorption refrigeration station,the optimum scheme of comprehensive utilization of residual energy of fuel ethanol project is obtained,which can produce obvious economic benefits in saving fuel,reducing power consumption and increasing cooling.
