摘要
针对近年来食品、冷链行业迅速发展带来的节能降耗需求,人们要在投资可控的范围内提出节能降耗的具体办法,在安全、可靠的前提下采取节能措施。本文以啤酒厂为例,对氨制冷系统的分级冷却技术和峰谷电价蓄冷技术进行了简述,并结合实际工程,从能源消耗、运行费用及初投资等方面与传统氨制冷模式进行对比,计算投资回收期,总结节能效果。
In response to the demand for energy saving and consumption reduction brought about by the rapid development of food and cold chain industries in recent years,people must propose specific measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction within the scope of investment control,and adopt energy conservation measures under the premise of safety and reliability.In this paper,the brewery is taken as an example to describe the staged cooling technology of ammonia refrigeration system and the peak-valley electricity price storage technology.At the same time,combined with the actual project,from the aspects of energy consumption,operating costs and initial investment,compared with the traditional ammonia refrigeration mode,calculate the investment recovery period and summarize the energy saving effect.
