我国环保产业税收优惠政策解读

Status, Problems and Countermeasures of Tax Preferential Policies for Environmental Protection Industry in China

系统梳理了环保产业的税收优惠政策,对73家环保企业开展了税收优惠政策的实施情况调查,并针对调查得出的问题,提出建议:统筹规划设计,推动建立政策体系;完善规章制度,补齐优惠政策短板;加大优惠力度,切实发挥调节作用;强化落地执行,保障政策实施效果。

This paper systematically cards the tax preferential policies for the environmental protection industry,and carries out a questionnaire survey and visiting discussion on the implementation of tax preferential policies with 73 environmental protection enterprises.Based on the problems suggested raised in the investigation,this paper puts forward the following suggestions,such as the overall planning and design,the establishment of the policy systems,perfection of the rules and regulations and filling in of the short-slabs(shortcomings)of preferential policies.The paper emphasizes to increase of preferential efforts,to bring into play the adjustment role practically,to strengthen the implementation and to safeguard the effects of the policy implementation.
