武术操在高校武术教学中开展的意义与策略研究

武术,发展历程“源远流长,博大精深”,是中华民族之瑰宝。武术,是中华民族传统文化的重要载体之一,是中国文化特有的现象之一,是我国的优良传统体育项目之一,武作为民族传统体育是中国各级学校体育教学必修内容之一。武术内容丰富精深,作为体育项目的作用还是很突出的在大、中、小体育教学中应该受到进一步的重视。2004年4月教育部、中宣部联合颁发的《中小学开展弘扬和培养民族精神实施纲要》中要求:“中小学各学科教育要有机渗透民族精神教育内容,体育课要适量增加中国武术等内容。”武术与其它体育运动项目相比,有着得天独厚的优势,因此在促进青少年的全面发展方面,武术操在学校的推广和普及具有重要的实施意义,有利于我国武术文化的传承和发展,同时利于学生体质健康水平的增长。

Wushu,with a long history and profound history,is a treasure of the Chinese nation.Wushu is one of the important carriers of Chinese traditional culture,one of the unique phenomena of Chinese culture,and one of the fine traditional sports in our country.Wushu is one of the compulsory contents of physical education teaching in schools at all levels in China.Wushu is rich and profound in content,and its role as a sports event is still very prominent in the teaching of large,medium and small physical education.In April 2004,the Ministry of Education,The implementation outline for developing and cultivating the National Spirit in Primary and Secondary Schools issued jointly by the propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China calls for:"Primary and secondary schools Education in various disciplines should organically infiltrate the content of national spirit education,and physical education should increase the content of Chinese Wushu and so on."Wushu has unique advantages compared with other sports.Therefore,in promoting the all-round development of young people,the promotion and popularization of Wushu exercises in schools is of great significance,which is conducive to the inheritance and development of Wushu culture in our country,and is conducive to the growth of students'physical health level.
