体医结合模式有氧运动对城市社区老年人肌力的影响

摘要 目的:评价体医结合模式有氧运动对城市社区老年人30秒哑铃弯举和30秒座椅站立等肌力指标的影响。方法:选择杭州市江干区下沙社区卫生服务中心在线建档的老年人,随机选取120名老年人作为研究对象,然后根据性别按照每5年分为一组,分别是60-64岁组、65-69岁组和70岁以上组,每组根据性别再次随机分为对照组和有氧运动组,有氧运动组老年人每周进行5次有氧运动,每次运动持续时间为60分钟,运动强度为50%-65%HRmax,6个月有氧运动结束后进行30秒哑铃弯举和30秒座椅站立肌力指标的测试,在整个实验过程中,实验对象由社区的1名医务人员、1名社会指导员、2名课题组的研究生和1名课题负责人进行运动指导、监督和指标检测。结果:(1)与对照组相比,有氧运动使不同年龄段男老年人30秒座椅站立均显著增加(p<0.05),使60-64岁组和65-69岁组女老年人也显著增加(p<0.05),但未使70岁以上组女老年人出现显著变化(p>0.05);(2)与对照组相比,有氧运动并未使不同年龄段男、女老年人30秒哑铃弯举发生显著性变化(p>0.05)。结论:体医结合模式有氧运动可有效增加老年人下肢肌力,可在杭州市的其他社区宣传、推广。 Objective:To evaluate the effects ofaerobic exercise integrated sports and medicine on muscle strengthsuch as 30-second dumbbell curling and 30-second seat standing in urban community elderly.Methods:The elderly who were online filed by Xiasha Community Health Service Center in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City were selected.120 elderly people were randomly selected,and then divided into 60-64 years old group,65-69 years old group and 70 years old group according to gender,each group was randomly divided into control group and aerobic exercise group.The aerobic exercise group performed 5 times every week,each exercise lasting 60 minutes.The exercise intensity is 50%-65%HRmax.After 6 months of aerobic exercise,30 seconds dumbbell curling and 30 second seat standing are tested.During the whole experiment,medical staff and isocial instructor in the community,graduate students and project leader do with the guidance,supervision and testing.Results:Compared with the control group,aerobic exercise significantly increased the 30-second seat standing in different age male groups and in 60-64 and the 65-69 years old female groups(p<0.05),but there was no significant change in the 70-year-old femalegroup(p>0.05);At the same time,There wereno significant changes in the 30-second dumbbell curl in the male and female elderly age groups between the aerobic exercise and the control group(p>0.05).
