摘要
近年来,体育事业蓬勃发展的同时,高校也在不断加强学生身体素质的培养,但也直接导致了高校体育事故的频发,针对这个问题,对高校体育运动伤害事故的类型、事故产生的原因、事故中法律责任的承担、以及解决方法进行分析和阐述,提出相应的建议。
In recent years,while the sports industry is booming,colleges and universities are constantly strengthening the cultivation of students'physical fitness,but they also directly lead to frequent sports accidents in colleges and universities.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes and expounds the types of sports injury accidents,the causes of accidents,the legal responsibility of accidents,and the solutions,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
