燃煤锅炉改燃气锅炉的技术要点

Technical Points of Switching Coal-fired Boilers to Gas-fired Boilers

由于环保要求的提高,燃煤锅炉因其热效率低、耗能大逐步被燃气锅炉取代。提出了改造燃煤锅炉的原则,分析燃煤锅炉改燃气锅炉应注意的要点,对炉膛内部结构、鼓风机、引风机、燃烧器的选型和布置等进行了改造研究,总结了改造过程中的安全与防爆问题。

Due to the improvement of environmental protection requirements,coal-fired boilers have gradually been replaced by gas-fired boilers due to their low thermal efficiency and high energy consumption.The principle of reconstructing coal-fired boilers is put forward,and the main points that should be paid attention to in the switching of coal-fired boilers to gas-fired boilers are analyzed.The internal structure of the furnace,the selection and layout of blowers,induced draft fans and burners are reconstructed and studied.The safety and explosion protection problems during the reconstruction are summarized.
