在港口装卸中经常需要用标准集装箱装运散货再将散货装船。传统作业方法装卸效率低,现有的集装箱底角旋锁吊具可以实现集装箱水平吊运,但不能用于集装箱翻转作业。通过研究设计带有锁紧装置的集装箱底角锁吊具,满足了集装箱翻转卸货作业方式所需,在装船卸货时集装箱无论怎样翻转,锁具都不会脱落集装箱,保障了作业安全,同时降低了工人的劳动强度。

In port handling,it is often necessary to ship bulk cargo in standard containers and then ship bulk cargo.The traditional operation method has low loading and unloading efficiency.The existing container bottom angle lock spreader can realize horizontal container lifting,but it cannot be used for container turnover operation.Through the research,the container bottom angle lock spreader with locking device is designed to meet the requirements of container turnover unloading operation mode.No matter how the container is turned over during loading and unloading,the locking device will not fall off the container,which ensures the safety of the work and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
