借用和活化“边角空间”建立慢行之上的微公园系统——以天津市河北区为例

Building of Micro-park System by Utilizing and Reactivating Spare Spaces——Taking Hebei District of Tianjin as Example

在大都市的旧城区,公园规划配置的合理性屡屡受到挑战。在拥挤的大都市,通过对城市“边角空间”的“借用”和再利用,为居民提供便捷的、多样化的活动空间,同时恢复和再生城市中心区的活力,也为旧城区拓展绿色休憩空间提供新途径。以河北区为例,阐述了在天津市利用城市“边角废地”实践微绿地系统的尝试。

In the old city of the metropolis,the rationality of park planning and configuration is often challenged.In the crowded metropolis,utilizing and reactivating the“spare spaces”of the city can provide convenient and diversified activity spaces for residents,while restoring and regenerating the vitality of the urban center,and providing a new way for expanding the green recreation space in the old city.Taking Tianjin Hebei District as an example,the attempt to practice the micro green space system using the"spare spaces"in Tianjin is explained.
