积雪草苷联合曲尼司特治疗局限性硬皮病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of asiaticoside combined with tranilast in the treatment of localized scleroderma

目的观察积雪草苷联合曲尼司特治疗局限性硬皮病的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月~2018年11月期间于我院治疗的92例局限性硬皮病的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组46例,对照组予曲尼司特治疗,实验组在曲尼司特治疗的基础上予积雪草苷辅助治疗,对比两组患者总有效率,血浆钙粒蛋白A(S100A8)、钙粒蛋白B(S100A9)、治疗后6个月临床症状积分(关节疼痛积分、关节功能积分、皮肤损积分、皮肤硬度积分)及不良反应。结果实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后S100A8、S100A9、治疗后6个月临床症状积分低于治疗前,且实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);本实验均未出现明显不良反应。结论积雪草苷辅助治疗局限性硬皮病明显改善机体免疫功能,改善相关症状,且安全可靠,增强疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of asiaticoside combined with tranilast in the treatment of localized scleroderma.Methods 46 patients with localized scleroderma treated in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tranilast,while the experimental group was treated with asiaticoside on the basis of tranilast.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared,including expression of S100A8,S100A9 and TCM syndrome score(joint pain score,joint functional score,skin lesion score,skin hardness score)and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of S100A8,S100A9 and TCM syndromes after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in this experiment.Conclusion Assisted treatment with asiaticoside can significantly improve immune function and related syndromes in patients with localized scleroderma,and it is safe and reliable to enhance the curative effect.
