摘要
膜分离技术是高效的分离过程,可以使多组分溶质达到分离?提纯?浓缩的目的。与传统的蒸馏、萃取?过滤分离方法相比,膜分离技术可以在常温下进行,更好地保持果产品原有的风味?芳香和营养成分。在果产品加工过程中采用膜分离技术,不仅可以去除杂菌?淀粉?果胶等悬浮颗粒物,还可以简化工艺流程?最大限度保持水果原有的色泽?物质和维生素,提高产品的质量。
Membrane separation technology is a highly efficient separation process,which can achieve the purpose of separation,purification and concentration of multi-component solute.Compared with traditional distillation,extraction and filtration separation methods,membrane separation technology can be carried out at room temperature,maintaining the original flavor,aroma and nutrients of the fruit products.Using membrane separation technology in the processing of fruit products,not only can remove suspended particles such as bacteria,starch,pectin,but also simplify the process and maximize the original fruit,the color,substance and vitamins enhance the quality of the product.
