名特优食品作坊现场检查和动态管理评价机制的探索和思考

摘要 在我国的食品安全监管工作中,名优特食品的监管处于较边缘化的位置,容易引发一系列名优特食品作坊的食品安全问题,也逐渐成为我国食品安全监管工作新的难题。名优特食品作为中国传统文化的传承,受到社会的保护与支持,因此,对于名优特食品的监管问题,陷入了一个矛盾点,到底是对其进行保护还是对其进行监管,这也是食品监管工作者需要思考的问题。 In the work of food safety supervision in China,the supervision of famous and special foods has always been marginalized.There are serious problems in the supervision of these traditional foods by government departments,which has caused a series of food safety problems in famous and special food workshops,and become a new challenges in food safety supervision in China gradually.As the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture,famous and special food has been protected by governments at all levels.Therefore,the supervision of famous and special food has fallen into a contradiction,whether to protect it or to supervise it,which is also a question that food inspectors need to think about.
