摘要
目的:比较3种不同前处理方法对鱼肉中氯霉素类残留量测定结果的影响。方法:采用Oasis?PRiME HLB固相萃取法、QuEChERS法以及国家标准方法GB/T 22338-2008对鱼肉进行前处理,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行测定,从净化效果、基质效应、回收率及精密度、实际应用能力方面对3种前处理方式进行对比分析。结果:3种方法的准确度和精密度均能满足药物残留相关标准和法规的要求。Oasis?PRiME HLB固相萃取法的净化效果最好、基质效应最弱、耗时最短;QuEChERS法的回收率最高、有机试剂消耗最少、成本最低;国家标准方法的稳定性最好。结论:3种前处理方法均适用于鱼肉中氯霉素类药物残留的测定,Oasis?PRiME HLB固相萃取法和QuEChERS法简单、快速、高效,更适合对于实验室中大批量样品的快速定性定量分析。
Objective:To compare the effects of three different pretreatment methods on the determination of chloramphenicol residues in fish meat.Methods Fish meat was pretreated by Oasis?PRiME HLB solid phase extraction method,QuEChERS method and national standard method GB/T 22338-2008,and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The three pretreatment methods were compared in terms of purification effect,matrix effect,recovery rate,precision and practical application ability.Analysis.Results:The accuracy and precision of the three methods could meet the requirements of relevant standards and regulations for drug residues.Oasis?PRiME HLB solid phase extraction method has the best purification effect,the weakest matrix effect and the shortest time-consuming;QuEChERS method has the highest recovery rate,the least consumption of organic reagents and the lowest cost;and the stability of the national standard method is the best.Conclusion:All three pretreatment methods are suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in fish.Oasis?PRiME HLB solid phase extraction method and QuEChERS method are simple,rapid and efficient,and more suitable for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of large quantities of samples in laboratory.
