番茄中乙酰甲胺磷、氧乐果、烯酰吗啉、阿维菌素的测定盲样考核及结果分析

摘要 目的:通过参加客户组织的盲样考核,提高并证实实验室的农药残留检测能力。方法:样品经乙腈提取,分散固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行检测,实验过程中同时采用加标回收的质控方式确保检测结果的质量。结果:番茄中乙酰甲胺磷、氧乐果、烯酰吗啉、阿维菌素的测定结果分别为0.13、0.117、0.216、0.247 mg·kg^-1;盲样真值分别为0.15、0.12、0.24、0.25 mg·kg^-1;各农药回收率分别为87%、98%、90%、99%。结论:盲样考核结果满意,说明本实验室农药残留检测能力较好。 Objective:To ensure and improve the laboratory’s ability to determinate pesticide residues infood by participating in blind test from our customers.Methods:The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by dispersive-SPE and determined by LC-MS/MS.The results were evaluated by the quality control measure of recovery rate.Results The content ofmethamidophos,omethoate,dimethomoth,abamectin in tamato was 0.13,0.117,0.216,0.247 mg·kg^-1,the truth value were 0.15,0.12,0.24,0.25 mg·kg^-1,and the recovery rates were 87%,98%,90%,99%.Conclusion:The experimental testing ability is evaluated as satisfactory,whichindicates that the determination level for pesticide residues in tamato is good.
