摘要
阿斯巴甜作为甜味剂被广泛应用于食品中。本文依据GB 5009.263-2016标准,采用高效液相色谱法对某品牌饮料中阿斯巴甜含量进行测定。对检测过程中的标准物质配制、标准曲线拟合、样品前处理、回收率、测量重复性等因素对结果带来的不确定度进行分析评价,探讨对结果带来较大偏差因素,也为食品安全方面的检测不确定度评定提高参考。
Aspartame is widely used in food as a sweetener.According to GB 5009.263-2016 standard,the content of aspartame in a famous beverage was determined by HPLC.The uncertainty caused by the preparation of standard substances,standard curve fitting,sample pretreatment,recovery rate,measurement repeatability and other factors in the detection process is analyzed and evaluated.Discuss the factors that bring big deviation to the result,It also provides a reference for the evaluation of uncertainty in food safety.
