抗焦烧型环保XLPE电缆绝缘料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用熔融共混法将液体聚丁二烯(LPB)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制备出低过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)添加量的高压绝缘材料。对材料的物理机械性能、老化性能、介电性能及抗焦烧性能等综合性能进行测试分析,结果表明:在不影响复合材料的物理机械性能的基础上,降低33.3%的DCP时,材料热延伸性能稳定;LPB的加入可以降低熔融挤出时的加工能耗,减小加工温升,有效防止预交联;当添加1.0%份数的LPB时,其复合材料击穿性能最优;同时水树生长试验表明,新型绝缘料抗水树性能优良,材料长期使用稳定性明显向好。 The liquid polybutadiene(LPB)/low density polyethylene(LDPE)was prepared into high voltage insula?ting material with low DCP content by melting blending method.The results show that the thermal elongation of the composites is stable when the DCP is reduced by 33??3%without affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the composites.The addition of LPB can reduce the processing energy consumption during melting extrusion,reduce the processing temperature rise and effectively prevent pre?crosslinking.When 1??0%LPB was added,the breakdown performance of the composite was the best.At the same time,the water tree growth test shows that the new type of in?sulating material has excellent water tree resistance performance and the long?term stability of the material is obviously improved.
