摘要
目的探究短期蛙泳学习对功能动作筛查(FMS)得分的影响,分析蛙泳学习干预能否降低潜在伤病风险。方法选取长江大学体育专业FMS得分小于17分的16名男生作为实验对象,分别在蛙泳学习干预前后对受试者进行FMS测试。结果1)干预后FMS总分平均分较干预前增长4.5分且干预后各项测试平均得分较干预前均有不同幅度增长,经SPSS20.0配对样本T检验分析得出干预后各项得分(除躯干稳定性外)及总分较干预前呈显著差异性(p<0.05)。2)干预后双侧对称性较干预前提高且存在差异性(p<0.05)。结论1)短期蛙泳学习可以锻炼各肌群的相互协调拮抗,收缩和舒张更趋于合理,这些总体效果使得损伤风险减少,表现为功能动作筛查(FMS)测试得分提高。2)短期蛙泳干预对下肢力量,及髋、膝、踝关节的柔韧性、对称性、灵活性、稳定性等均有一定程度的提高;对上肢力量、柔韧和关节的灵活性、对称性等有所改善;但核心力量及躯干力量提高相对不明显。
Objective To explore the impact of short-term breaststroke learning on functional movement screening (FMS) scores, and to explore whether breaststroke learning intervention can reduce the risk of potential injury. Methods Sixteen male students with FMS score less than 17 in P.E. major of Yangtze University were selected as experimental subjects, and the subjects were tested with FMS before and after breaststroke learning intervention. Results After intervention, the average score of FMS increased by 4.5 points compared with that before intervention, and the average score of each test after intervention increased by different extent compared with that before intervention. Through SPSS20.0 statistical software paired sample T test analysis, it was found that the scores (except trunk stability) and total score after intervention were significantly different from those before intervention (p<0.05). Bilateral symmetry after intervention was higher than that before intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion Short-term breaststroke learning can exercise the coordination and antagonism of various muscle groups, and the contraction and diastole are more reasonable. These overall effects reduce the risk of injury, which is reflected in the improvement of FMS test scores. Short-term breaststroke intervention improves the suppleness, symmetry, flexibility and stability of lower limbs, hip, knee and ankle joints, enhances the strength and suppleness of upper limbs, and improves flexibility and symmetry of the joint. However, the improvement of core strength and trunk strength is relatively insignificant.
