摘要 目的通过比较双足、单足睁眼与闭眼站立时平衡性的差异,探讨穿普通鞋、负跟鞋、光脚时静态平衡的特征。方法采用Zebris平板式足底压力测试系统对普通人进行穿着不同鞋(光脚、普通鞋、负跟鞋)静态平衡能力的测量,得出包络宽度、包络长度、包络角度、包络面积等九项平衡参数。结果双足睁眼站立时,包络宽度、压力中心全长、压力中心垂直摆动、左脚压力百分比(后)、右脚压力百分比(后),右脚压力百分比(全部),均p<0.05存在组间差异;单右足闭眼站立时,包络长度、包络面积、压力中心垂直摆动上,均p<0.05存在组间差异;双足闭眼与单右足睁眼站立时,3种鞋型之间不存在组间差异(p>0.05)。结论不同鞋型会对人体的静态平衡稳定性产生一定的影响。 Objective By comparing the balance between standing with eyes open and closed on one foot or both feet, the characteristics of static balance in wearing ordinary shoes, negative heels and barefoot were discussed. Methods The Zebris flat foot pressure test system was used to measure the static balance ability of different shoes(light foot, ordinary shoes, negative heel shoes), and the envelope width, envelope length, envelope angle, and package were obtained. Results The envelope width, full length of the pressure center, vertical swing of the pressure center, percentage of left foot pressure(post), right foot pressure percentage(post) and right foot pressure percentage(all). showed a difference(p<0.05) among groups. Standing with one right foot with closed eyes, there were differences in envelope length, envelope area and vertical swing of pressure center between groups(p<0.05). And standing with eyes closed on both feet and eyes open on one right foot, there was no difference among the three shoe types(p>0.05). Conclusion Different shoe types have a certain impact on the static balance stability of human body.
