摘要
目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)-核富含丰富的转录本1(NEAT1)和NEAT2在肺结核中的表达和早期诊断意义。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测2018年1-8月该院收治的76例确诊为肺结核患者(肺结核组)和40例同期于体检中心进行健康体检者(健康对照组)的血清lncRNA-NEAT1和NEAT2表达水平。结果肺结核组患者血清lncRNA-NEAT1和NEAT2表达水平均明显高于健康对照组,肺结核组患者中抗酸染色阳性者血清lncRNA-NEAT1和NEAT2表达水平均明显高于抗酸染色阴性者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA-NEAT1和NEAT2有望成为肺结核早期诊断的新型检测生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression and early diagnostic significance of lncRNA-NEAT1 and NEAT2 in pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB).Methods The expression levels of serum lncRNA-NEAT1 and NEAT2 in 76 hospitalized patients with PTB treated in this hospital and contemporaneous 40 healthy individuals undergoing the physical examination in the physical examination center were detected by adopting the real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR).Results The expression levels of lncRNA-NEAT1 and NEAT2 in the PTB group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,the levels of lncRNA-NEAT1 and NEAT2 in the patients with acid-fasting staining positive of the PTB group were significantly higher than those in the patients with acid-fasting staining,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA-NEAT1 and NEAT2 may be expected to become the new type biomarkers for PTB early diagnosis.
