矿井工作面掘进机瞬变电磁响应规律试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 掘进机是掘进巷道工作面附近的良导电体,瞬变电磁超前探测时,对数据采集和解释精度有严重影响,有效规避或者消除其影响就显得尤为重要。采用矿井试验方法,基于Terra瞬变电磁仪器,使用边长为2 m、收发均为30匝的方形重叠回线装置,其中线圈平面垂直于掘进机,紧贴工作面放置,等间隔2 m向后移动掘进机,分析其瞬变电磁响应的幅度及变化规律。试验结果表明,巷道掘进机的瞬变电磁响应与线圈的摆放位置有关,当掘进机撤离工作面7 m后,其干扰就可以忽略不计,在煤矿中的应用成果也证明了试验结论的正确性。研究为矿井瞬变电磁超前探测规避掘进机的影响提出了解决方法。 The roadheader is a good conductor near the roadway working face.When TEM advanced detection,it has a serious impact on the accuracy of data acquisition and interpretation.It is particularly important to effectively avoid or eliminate its impact.A square overlapping loop device with 2 m side length and 30 turns transceiver and receiver was used based on Terra TEM.The coil plane wa perpendicular to the roadheader,which was placed close to the working face and moved the roadheader backwards at an equal interval of 2 m.The amplitude and variation law of the transient electromagnetic response were analyzed.The test results showed that the transient electromagnetic response of roadheader wais related to the position of coils.When the roadheader evacuated 7 m from the working face,its interference can be ignored.The application results in coal mine also proved correctness of test conclusion.The research provided a solution for mine transient electromagnetic advanced detection to avoid the influence of roadheader.
