双线循环式货运索道卡斗保护控制系统的研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 基于双线循环式货运索道运输的煤斗在通过支架鞍臂时运行在承重绳上的滑轮部分突然脱离轨道可能出现卡斗甚至掉斗等现象,卡斗严重时甚至产生断绳事故。为了解决该问题以及处理索道系统野外线路长、条件恶劣、布线难度大、费用高等难题,提出了利用太阳能电源供电,并安装在支架上;采用非接触式光电开关检测煤斗的通过情况,使用专门研制的采集器采集信号;在每个支架上通过无线发送器发送采集信号和无线接收器接收信号,利用PLC进行集中处理和保护控制,解决了防水、防尘、防盗、避雷、高温等问题,实现了煤斗通过支架时卡斗的准确检测和保护控制。 If the coal bucket that was transported on the load-bearing rope when the coal hopper was transported through the bicable circulating material ropeway suddenly leaves the track,there may be a phenomenon such as jamming or even dropping,and even a broken rope accident may occur when the fighting was serious.In order to solve this problem and deal with the problems of long cable line conditions,harsh conditions,difficult wiring,high cost,etc.,it was proposed to use solar power to supply power and install on the bracket;it used non-contact photoelectric switch to detect the passage of the coal bucket,used the specially developed collector collects signals;transmits the acquisition signal and the wireless receiver receiving signal through the wireless transmitter on each bracket,and used the PLC for centralized processing and protection control to solved the problems of waterproof,dustproof,anti-theft,lightning protection,high temperature,etc.The accurate detection and protection control of the bucket when the coal bucket passes through the bracket is realized.
