摘要
基于现行支架油缸导向套加工过程中制坯工序有多种选择,论述了导向套制坯工艺的种类及各自的优缺点。介绍了导向套的常用材质、使用标准,并对其进行分类。根据生产特点将制坯工艺分为钢材直接制坯和钢材锻造制坯,并分别进行了论述,同时给出了相关标准、设备及成本核算公式。综合考虑时间成本及经济成本的平衡,简单给出了每种导向套制坯工艺的参考选择顺序。分析表明,以基础零件为单元,在保证产品质量的前提下,选择最适合的制坯工艺,是制造企业控制过度加工、成本与资源节约的有效手段。
There were many options for the blanking process in the processing process of the current guide cylinder sleeve.The types of the guide sleeve blanking process and their respective advantages and disadvantages were discussed in detail.The common materials and usage standards of the guide sleeves were introduced and classified.According to the production characteristics,the blanking process was divided into steel direct billet and steel forging billet,and they were separately discussed.At the same time,the relevant standards,equipment and cost accounting formula were given.Taking into account the balance of time cost and economic cost,the reference selection order of each guide sleeve blanking process was simply given.The analysis showed that the selection of the most suitable blanking process under the premise of ensuring product quality was the effective means for manufacturing enterprises to control over-processing,cost and resource saving.
