摘要
为切实提高岩巷掘进工作效率,陈四楼煤矿提出了煤矿采区集约化出矸系统,形成了一种“挖掘机+胶带机+矿车”新型出矸系统,系统排矸效率较高,实现了大断面岩巷快速掘进,并在该矿进行了顺利使用,取得显著效果。根据现场的实际情况,制定了适合新型出矸系统的巷道布置,煤矿采区集约化出矸系统在岩巷使用,保证了工作面的安全、高效生产,为相同地质条件下岩巷工作面快速掘进提供依据。
In order to effectively improve the efficiency of rock tunneling,Chensilou Coal Mine proposed an intensive slag system for coal mining areas,and formed a new type of"excavator+belt conveyor+mine car"system,which has a high efficiency of discharging gangue,realizes the rapid excavation of large cross-section rock roadway,and has been successfully used in this mine,and has achieved remarkable results.According to the actual situation of the site,the roadway layout suitable for the new type of rock slag system is formulated,and the intensive use of the mine slag system in the rock lane ensures the safe and efficient production of the work face,which provides the basis for the rapid excavation of the rock slope under the same geological conditions.
