摘要
为了分析不同工作面推进速率下上覆岩层运移规律,采用相似模拟实验的方法,建立了相似模拟实验架和位移测点布置,以3种不同工作面推进速率,研究了模型开挖过程的跨落特征、不同工作面推进速率下顶板位移下沉量变化。研究得出,当工作面推进至48cm时,上覆岩层顶板实际垮落垮落块为28m;当工作面推进至70cm时,上覆岩层顶板实际垮落垮落块为21m;当工作面推进至100cm时,上覆岩层实际垮落垮落块为29m;工作面速率越快,围岩总体变形量小、基本顶受采动影响的程度越小。
In order to analyze the migration law of overlying strata under different working face propulsive rates,a similar simulation experimental frame and displacement measuring point arrangement were established by using the method of similar simulation experiment,the characteristics of spanning and falling during model excavation and the variation of roof displacement and subsidence under different working face propulsive rates were studied with three different working face propulsive rates.The results show that when the working face advances to 48 cm,the actual collapse block of overlying strata roof is 28 m;when the working face advances to 70 cm,the actual collapse block of overlying strata roof is 21 m;when the working face advances to 100 cm,the actual collapse block of overlying strata is 29 m;the faster the working surface rate,the smaller the total deformation of the surrounding rock and the smaller the degree of the basic top impact.
