“两硬”围岩作用下工作面液压支架工作阻力监测研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某矿工程实际为背景,对“两硬”围岩作用下初采阶段、回采阶段、末采阶段,工作面液压支架的初撑力、工作阻力进行监测。通过分析发现,在初采阶段液压支架的初撑力最小,随着回采初撑力逐渐增大,在末采阶段初撑力达到最大1696.7kN,达到额定初撑力的55.05%;在初采阶段,工作面机头支架末阻力并不是很大,支架末阻力值主要集中分布在1000~2500kN;在回采阶段,工作面机头支架循环末阻力值表现出了较为标准的正态分布形式,而其他支架末阻力则表现出了偏向高阻力区间的偏正态分布形式,同时工作面支架末阻力整体表现出了中部最大、机尾次之、机头最小的特征;在末采阶段,工作面支架阻力呈现出了分布变化无规律的情况,工作面支架末阻力整体表现出了偏高现象。 Based on the actual situation of a mining project,the initial support force and working resistance of hydraulic support in working face are monitored in the initial mining stage,mining stage and final mining stage under the action of"Two Hard"surrounding rock.Through analysis,it is found that the initial support force of hydraulic support is the smallest in the initial mining stage,with the initial support force increasing gradually,the initial support force reaches the maximum of 1 696.7 kN in the final mining stage,reaching 55.05%of the rated initial support force;in the initial mining stage,the end resistance of the face nose support is not very large,and the end resistance value of the support mainly concentrates on 1 000~2 500 kN;in the mining stage,the resistance value of the end of the cycle of the head and support of the working face shows a relatively standard normal distribution,while the resistance of the other supports shows a partial normal distribution form which is biased to the high resistance interval,at the same time,the resistance of the end of the support of the working face shows the characteristics of the largest in the middle,the second in the tail and the smallest in the nose.In the final mining stage,the distribution of the resistance of the support in the working face is irregular,and the resistance at the end of the support in the working face is on the high side as a whole.
