摘要
为了确保工作面安全回采,以霍宝干河煤矿为例,研究工作面支护参数设计,根据干河煤矿工作面参数及煤层赋存情况,计算了液压支架支护高度、液压支架工作阻力、液压支架支护强度以及工作面液压支架的布置,得出采用ZY9000/25.5/55、ZY13000/26/55型双柱掩护式液压支架作为2-116综采工作面的支护设备,能够满足要求。然后,研究了工作面顶板控制、进风巷、回风巷及端头顶板控制以端头支护等。研究为类似工程条件的工作面支护参数设计提供了借鉴。
In order to ensure the safe recovery of the working face,taking the Ganhe Coal Mine,Huobao Group as an example,the design of the supporting parameters of the working face was studied,according to the working surface parameters and coal seams of the Ganhe Coal Mine,the height of the hydraulic support,the working resistance of the hydraulic support,the strength of the hydraulic support and the layout of the hydraulic support for the work face are calculated,it is concluded that ZY9000/25.5/55 and ZY13000/26/55 two-column cover hydraulic support supports are used as support equipment for 2-116 comprehensive mining face,which can meet the requirements.Then,we study the top plate control of the work face,the wind into the lane,the wind back lane and end roof control with end support.The study provides a reference for the design of support parameters of similar engineering conditions.
