盲孔类锻件锻造工艺研究

Research on Forging Technology of Blind Hole Forgings

以盲孔类锻件为研究对象,在自由锻压机上进行锻造,对比两种不同的锻造方案,最终确定使用盲孔芯棒锻出盲孔,经过实际生产验证,取得了理想效果。

Taking a blind hole forgings as the research object,forging has been carried out on a free forging press.By comparing two different forging schemes,finally blind hole mandrel has been used to forge out the blind hole.Through the actual production verification,the ideal effect has been obtained.
