摘要
某钢厂平整机支承辊操作侧辊颈定距环位置发生断裂,为了分析断裂失效的原因,研究图纸结构设计,对轧辊断裂部位的结构进行改进优化,并利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件进行仿真模拟。计算结果表明,原始结构的强度是满足安全要求的,但将原始结构过渡圆弧R 20 mm加大,可进一步降低应力水平,提高轧辊的安全性。
Roll neck distance ring located on the operation side of flattening machine back-up roll occurred fracture in a certain steel plant.In order to analyze fracture cause,structure design on the drawing has been researched to improve and optimize configuration of fracture location,meanwhile simulation has been carried out by ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software.The calculated result showed that the original structure intensity was sufficient for safety requirement,furthermore stress level could be decreased to upgrade roll reliability by enlarging transition circle arc R 20 mm of the original structure.
