摘要 在开敞式TBM隧洞中,钢拱架支护为不良地质洞段加固的一项重要措施,如其发生变形,将侵占隧洞设计断面;如变形过大,将会直接影响TBM配套台车、皮带机等设备的顺利通过。以某开敞式TBM隧洞断层破碎洞段中已发生变形的钢拱架为例,介绍了安全、快速地对变形钢拱架进行更换的施工技术,恢复原设计断面尺寸,保证了TBM设备安全、快速地通过该地层。 Steel arch is important support measure for open TBM tunnel section accommodated in strata with unfavorable geological conditions. Deformation of steel arch may take up the design profile of tunnel. Excessive deformation will directly influence the smooth passage of matching trolley and belt conveyor of TBM. Taking the replacement of deformed steel arch in a open TBM excavating tunnel section within fault crushed zone as example, an introduction was made on the technology permitting safe and rapid replacement of deformed steel arch, recovery of original design profile as well as smooth passage of TBM equipment.
