涠洲水库清淤工程实施探讨

Discussion on implementation of Weizhou Reservoir desilting work

涠洲水库缺乏有效的排沙设计,加之水库管理不善,经多年运行之后已出现泥沙淤积现象,严重削减水库的有效库容,影响水库效益正常发挥,甚至影响到水库运行。通过涠洲水库清淤工程案例的分析探讨,从设计、施工角度,对该案例中施工导流、清淤计划、清淤布置等进行了论述,找出减缓施工进度的主要因素,进行合理调整,加速工程进度,同时与周边工程紧密配合,妥善处理淤泥与水库扩挖土方。

Weizhou Reservoir was badly managed and was not designed with effective sediment flushing facilities,which lead to silt deposition and serious decrease of effective storage capacity after many years of operation, affect the benefits and normal operation of reservoir. Taking the desilting works of Weizhou Reservoir as example, the authors discuss the design and construction of dredging work in respects of construction diversion, dredging plan and desilting arrangement; find out the major factors slowing down the construction progress and make rational adjustment to accelerate construction. Close coordination with surrounding works and proper treatment of mud as well as expanding excavation earth were also disussed.
